Leafbuyer Referral Program Fine Print

• The referral bonus is only eligible to leads that have not been engaged with a Leafbuyer representative in the last 90 days.
• A candidate must sign with Leafbuyer within 90 days of their referral to activate the referral bonus.
• If two parties refer the same candidate, the party who submitted the referral form first will receive credit for the referral.
• Once the candidate signs a 12-month contract with Leafbuyer and successfully satisfies the first 3 months of the commitment, you will be notified of a successful referral. After you are notified, you will need to provide a W9 form to receive payment.
• If no W9 is received within 60 days of qualifying for the referral bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses will be paid via check and be mailed 2-3 weeks after we received the W9 and mailing address.
  

  Referral payout will be 50% of the monthly candidate's contract amount.  i.e.:
  •    12-month contract at $450.00 a month = $225.00 Referral Payout
  •    12-month contract at $1,750.00 a month = $875.00 Referral Payout
  •    Maximum referral payout is $1,000.00
